Miranur Construction
Precision in detail.Permanence in every structure.
From timber applications and restoration to reinforced concrete, villas, interiors, landscaping and thermal insulation, we approach every layer of the built environment as a complete system.

Every project is shaped by function, material, construction discipline and its surrounding context.
A timber joint, a formwork layout, a repointed stone wall, a landscape drainage line — each layer demands its own technique. We treat these as connected decisions within one structure rather than as separate trades.

Services
Every layer of the build
Seven fields of work, each with its own technique, material knowledge and site discipline.
Timber Works
Gazebos, pergolas and exterior timber construction. Load-bearing layout, joinery detailing and weather protection are resolved together.
- Gazebo & Pergola Construction
Restoration Works
Conservation-led restoration of stone and masonry buildings. The level of intervention is set by what the existing fabric can actually carry.
- Restoration
Reinforced Concrete Works
Formwork, reinforcement and reinforced concrete at industrial and infrastructure scale, including curved formwork and water-retaining structures.
- Industrial Reinforced Concrete Works
- Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction
Villa Construction & Interior Fit-Out
Residential construction from shell to finishes. Timber, stone and plaster surfaces are resolved with a single detailing language indoors.
- Villa Construction
Site & Landscape Development
The work that makes a building's surroundings last: levels, drainage, natural stone surfaces, retaining structures and planting.
- Landscaping Works
Facade Design
External wall insulation and rendered cladding. The result is decided at corners, sills and junctions.
- Thermal Insulation & Exterior Cladding
Steel Structures
Steel fabrication and tensile fabric canopies — spanning wide openings with steel in the leanest possible section.
- Steel Works
- Car Park Shading Canopy

What our decisions rest on
Working rules we apply on site — not marketing promises.
One structure, connected decisions
Formwork layout, insulation detailing and final finishes determine one another. We plan them as a whole rather than splitting them into isolated packages.
The technique the material demands
A timber joint, a stone joint and a concrete face are not solved the same way. Each material brings its own detail and its own checklist.
Respect for what is already there
In restoration, preserving original fabric is harder than replacing it. We decide according to what the existing material can actually carry.
Discipline visible on site
An orderly site is a precondition for orderly work. How formwork, reinforcement and storage are arranged sets the quality of the result.

From assessment to handover
Site Assessment & Brief
Site conditions, the state of any existing structure and the client brief are reviewed on location.
Planning & Technical Preparation
Construction sequence, technical details and required fabrication decisions are resolved.
Material & Execution Coordination
Material selection, supply and crew planning are aligned with the construction programme.
On-Site Construction
Fabrication and installation are carried out on site, holding to the agreed detailing.
Inspection & Handover
The scope is checked item by item, outstanding items are closed and the work is handed over.
Selected Projects
Work as built
The images below show completed and in-progress work carried out on site.
Quality begins with the first decision, not the final finish.
How a timber joint seats, how formwork is struck, how stone is pointed — decisions that disappear on completion but are felt for the life of the building.
